Bingo withdrawal limits, fees, and processing times
The figures below come from named public rules checked October 21, 2026. They concern different products and payment routes. The authenticated cashier still determines whether your account can use a route, what balance qualifies and the fee for that request.

The Skillz fee and time statements are not identical across its terms and support pages. Ask which route and rule apply before requesting. DraftKings’ time-table heading says “after withdrawal request,” while its body says after the processed/sent email. Its separate process guide describes three emails while the timing page describes two. Keep the actual status and timestamps; these public pages do not support a guaranteed request-to-arrival deadline.
Calculate usable cash and promotional loss separately
Section titled “Calculate usable cash and promotional loss separately”Hypothetical example: eligible cash $40, nonwithdrawable bonus $12, request $20, operator fee $1.50 deducted from that request, no receiving fee. Usable cash is $20 − $1.50 = $18.50. If withdrawal forfeits all bonus, the $12 promotional balance also disappears; it is not a $12 bank charge. If the platform instead charges the fee on top, the account debit is $21.50. Read its confirmation before choosing the formula.
Small-request fees can be large as a percentage: $1.50 ÷ $5 = 30%, while $1.50 ÷ $9 = 16.67%. This arithmetic is not a recommendation to deposit or play more to reach a fee threshold.
What to save before confirming
Section titled “What to save before confirming”Record eligible cash, requested amount, fee and how it is deducted, any forfeited bonus, net expected receipt, review window, delivery estimate, destination, minimum/maximum and the rule’s date. “Not established” never means “zero” or “unlimited.” See bankroll accounting to separate settled results from cash still at risk.
Follow up a delay
Section titled “Follow up a delay”Check whether the request is pending, sent, returned or posted. After the stated review period, send official support the request ID, amount, date, method and status. If sent, ask for a processor reference that the bank or wallet can trace. Preserve records for the relevant regulator if a licensed-casino dispute remains unresolved. Do not misdescribe authorized play as an unauthorized transaction or pay an off-platform fee to release funds.
