Bingo Tour review: $5 cash-out minimum, fees, and matching
Bingo Tour is an AviaGames score-based bingo app. Its US terms set a $5 withdrawal minimum and allow up to 15 days for processing, with possible investigation delays. The App Store and the general terms disagree on part of the excluded-state list. Neither a download nor an advertised payment method establishes cash eligibility or instant payout.

What you play and pay for
Section titled “What you play and pay for”The US iOS listing describes timed bingo with power-ups and cash tournaments. Entry buys a place in a score competition. The exact entry fee, number of opponents, prize schedule, and balance used must be read on that contest’s confirmation screen.
No universal public commission was confirmed. Subtracting a listed prize pool from gross entry fees gives a visible contest spread. It does not account for bonus entries, refunds, or promotional funding, so it should not be called Avia’s fixed rake.
Cash-out: minimum, fee, and bonus loss
Section titled “Cash-out: minimum, fee, and bonus loss”Sections 6.4 and 6.5 of the AviaGames US terms provide the useful public limits: a $5 minimum, processing up to 15 days, and a withdrawal fee shown when a request is made. Avia can delay or freeze a request during an investigation. Withdrawing also forfeits Bonus Cash and virtual items.
The support FAQ says receiving money through a bank or PayPal can take seven or more days. That help estimate and the contractual processing limit describe different stages or conditions. They are not evidence of a completed withdrawal from our own account. A deposit logo for Venmo, Apple Pay, or a card also does not prove that the same method is offered for your withdrawal.
Why the state list needs another check
Section titled “Why the state list needs another check”The US App Store description excludes Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Michigan, South Dakota, and US territories including Puerto Rico. The general terms list Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, South Carolina, and South Dakota. Michigan and South Carolina therefore differ between these two sources.
Avia also sets an 18+ minimum and can verify identity and location. Check the rules attached to Bingo Tour and the live cash-entry result before adding funds. We have kept the source disagreement visible instead of presenting either list as a permanent legal determination.
Can an opponent’s score be recorded?
Section titled “Can an opponent’s score be recorded?”Avia’s support page permits Historical Playthrough when a live opponent is unavailable. It describes a previous real player’s recorded score, comparable starting parameters, generated profile information, and operator retention of prizes won by a historical score. Its worked example concerns Solitaire Clash.
That disclosure matters to anyone expecting every contest to be live. It does not reveal which Bingo Tour modes use the feature or how often. No independent game-code audit or mode-specific breakdown was verified in this review.
A dated gameplay illustration
Section titled “A dated gameplay illustration”RealMoneyGamer’s Bingo Tour video, published September 5, 2023, labels a gameplay chapter at 3:16. It provides a historical visual reference, not evidence of the current version’s fee or a verified withdrawal. Its description links the creator’s own review and download page, giving it a promotional orientation; a paid relationship was not established.
Assessment and review limits
Section titled “Assessment and review limits”Bingo Tour has identifiable publisher, contest, and withdrawal rules. Its public evidence leaves important account details unresolved: the applicable state rule, exact request fee, available payout method, and mode-specific opponent process. We reviewed public descriptions and terms on October 21, 2026; we did not install the app, pay an entry, or test a withdrawal.
